Jessica Felix
Jager, MSW, has an
undergraduate degree in Social Work form the University of Central Florida and
a Masters degree in Social Work also from the University of Central Florida.
Certified as a Child Protective Services Case Manager since May of 2009, she
has been serving a wide array of children and youth. Many of the children and
youth Ms. Felix Jager has worked with have either experienced or have acquired
the following: abusive home situations, trauma, a history of sexual abuse,
emotional delays, developmental delays and/or severe medical conditions. Ms.
Felix Jager has experience mediating with families and developing care and case
plans to help the families meet their goals. Currently, Ms. Felix Jager works
as a Traumatic Brain Injury Case Manager and Independent Living Assistant,
providing life care planning and coaching to develop independent living skills.
In addition, she works closely with Living Waters Ministries developing the TBI
Hope branch of the ministry by creating resources for families with a TBI
Survivor, writing curriculum for upcoming workshops, coordinating outreaches,
events and TBI retreats, along with grant writing to better establish resources
for TBI survivors and their families.

| Denise Boggs |
Denise Boggs, Mother of TBI Survivor, Author & Teacher, is
co-founder of Living Waters Ministry; located in Hiddenite, NC. Denise
is a faculty member of Christian Life School of Theology (CLST).
Denise is the author of Healing the Heart, a counseling course for CLST. Denise has also written several other books on the topic of healing the heart: Healing at the Root, Prayers that Cleanse the Heart, The 21 Day Journey of Healing, and Healing and Restoring the Heart.
Denise and her husband Lee minister together through “Healing the
Heart,” and "TBI Hope" retreats where they have seen many lives healed
and transformed.
Denise
and Lee have been married for 31 years and reside near Statesville, NC.
She and Lee have three children, Crystal (married to Jon), Casey
(married to Zack) & William.
